As part of the project, each partner country conducted a series of workshops for young people, based on a scenario of activities developed during joint activities in Spain. The scenario was designed to not only provide knowledge about menstrual health, but also to encourage active exchange of experiences, reflection and cooperation in groups, which allowed for the creation of a space for open conversation about menstruation.

Each partner carried out three workshops, which enjoyed great interest and were attended by over 90 young people in total. During these meetings, young people had the opportunity to explore the topic of menstruation from different perspectives - both health and social. The workshops were designed in an interactive way to allow participants not only to gain knowledge, but also to actively share their thoughts, experiences and questions, which enriched the discussions and helped to better understand the issues discussed.

Workshop participants learned basic issues related to the menstrual cycle, menstrual hygiene, as well as the challenges posed by problems such as menstrual poverty and its impact on everyday life. An important element of the classes were also group discussions, during which young people could reflect on ways to break the taboo around menstruation, as well as exchange ideas for initiatives that they could implement in their communities to increase awareness and education in this area.

The workshops proved to be not only an opportunity to gain knowledge, but also a platform for strengthening the sense of community and solidarity. Participants felt motivated to act to break the menstrual taboo and eliminate menstrual exclusion in their environments. Additionally, through a deeper understanding of the challenges related to this topic, young people could feel more confident in the context of their own health, as well as appreciate the role of menstrual education as a key element of gender equality and improving the quality of life.
