We are thrilled to share the latest update from our exciting trip to Lithuania, where we're working on a groundbreaking project funded by the European Union under
the Erasmus+ program. The project, titled "Empowerment through Menstrual Health Education," brings together an incredible team: the girls from the Visible Foundation, Youth Association Mano Europa,
and ASPAYM Castilla y León. 🇪🇺
Launching Our First Mobility
This week marks the beginning of our first mobility, a crucial phase where we'll
be developing a comprehensive toolkit aimed at promoting menstrual health and raising awareness about menstrual exclusion among young people.✍️
The toolkit will include educational materials, practical guides, and resources designed
to empower youth with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate menstrual
health confidently.
Collaborating for Change
Being part of this diverse and passionate team is an absolute joy! Each member brings unique perspectives and expertise, contributing to a rich and dynamic collaboration. We are learning so much from each other and are united by a common goal: to make menstrual health education accessible and inclusive for all.

Throughout this mobility, we are engaging
in various workshops, discussions,
and activities that not only enhance
our understanding of menstrual health but also strengthen our bonds as a team. The synergy and commitment from everyone involved
